Citizen’s Arrest – the ultimate act
Warning: before implementing this maneuver you must have all your ducks in a row: witnesses’ sworn statements in writing and/or in a formal deposition, pictures, videos, every piece of evidence that will make it impossible for the DA or Grand Jury to refuse to take action on the case. The DA will go to extremes to bury a case brought by a citizen, especially if it is against police/DA. "The audacity of a mere citizen to determine that he/she has had criminal activity directed against him/her". Get someone to video tape and have witnesses present for the arrest. Notify the press, it may be a slow news day and there is the outside chance they will have an interest.
