Federal RICO lawsuit – The police/DA as racketeers

 

Facts

 

We just have to go to the old saying: "If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, talks like a duck, acts like a duck, we should be able to reasonably conclude that it is a duck."  Now change the word "duck" for "criminal" and we can apply it to criminal cops, prosecutors, and any number of other governmental agencies that engage in criminal activity and demand that they not be held accountable.

 

Good example in San Diego relating to the red light camera scam (scameras) where it has been found in Superior Court that the city engaged in a purely business arrangement in violation of California law, yet the City Attorney is really pouting that a RICO suit has just been filed against the police, city, the camera manufacturers and others, says "How could anyone consider that the city would engage in illegal activity" even where it has been determined to be true in court.  01 September 2001 - San Diego UT
